How it worksIf you've received a letter about your land or property, you're in the right place. We work with landowners across Worcestershire and the wider South West on a simple, partnership‑based model.
We identify under‑utilised sites with planning uplift potential, including brownfield, edge‑of‑settlement, redundant commercial, garden plots and paddocks. We then fund and manage the entire planning process at our cost. You retain ownership throughout. On sale of the consented site, we share in the uplift.

We agree terms in writing. You retain full ownership of your land. We secure an option that allows us to promote the site through planning. The agreement protects both parties and is reviewed by your solicitor.
We instruct planning consultants, architects, and specialists to take the site through to consent. All costs are ours. Typical timeline is 12 to 24 months. You are kept informed at every stage.
Once planning consent is secured, the site is sold to a developer at significantly higher value. The proceeds are split on a pre-agreed basis. You receive your share at completion.
